Interpret its signals as follows:
- A blue histogram ADX bar represents a bullish trend.
- A red histogram ADX bar represents a bearish trend.
Signals can be calculated on closing price, open price, high price, low price,..
For scalping purposes, the default settings work quite well.
For day trading and swing trading, set the ADX value to 50 or more. This will increase the indicator’s profitability.
